Mr. Yorulmazlar is a former Harvard University WCFIA Fellow (2011-2012); Deputy Chief of Staff and Political Advisor of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey; diplomat at Turkish Embassy in Tehran (2005-2009) and Washington DC (2011-2013); Msc London School of Economics (LSE); currently works on the role of ideas in Turkish foreign policy. Research interests include Turkish foreign policy, Middle East, Iran and changing balances in international relations.
